PAYMENT: DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit is required in advance of arrival (50% if booked less than a week, 100% less than 48 hours) in order to hold the reservation. Please call me at your convenience with your credit card information or please complete the Credit Card Authorization form. You can send a check made out to Rivers End Outfitters LLC to 123 Bradley Place, Belle Chasse, LA 70037. Please reference the confirmation number on the check or Venmo transaction. The balance will be charged with the card on file upon departure unless you wish to pay via check, cash, or Venmo. Groups of 10 or more with lodging and fishing there will is a 50% deposit due. There is a 4% charge for all credit card and a 2% for E-check transactions. CANCELLATION: If for any reason you wish to cancel the reservation your deposit will be refunded if you notify River End Outfitters at least 30 days (4 weeks) in advance of expected arrival. Failure to give proper notification will result in the following charges: NO REFUND after 30 days on 25% deposit (but can be applied to a future trip, but taken within 6 months) 50% of total reservation if cancelled 7 days (1 week) prior to expected arrival 100% of total reservation if cancelled less than 2 days (48 hours) or day of expected arrival YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY THE 50% or 100% PAYMENT TO A FUTURE TRIP If your trip is canceled due to weather, you can apply the deposit to a future trip, or we can refund your deposit. ONLY If you cancel within the 30-day period you can apply the 25% deposit to a future trip. You will have 6 months to reschedule your trip and you will have to book the same guides or camp that were booked in the initial booking. Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. By Agreeing to River’s End Outfitter LLC’s Terms and Conditions I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my guest and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by taking fishing charter and/or lodging with Rivers End Outfitters, LLC and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Rivers End Outfitters, LLC may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Rivers End Outfitters, LLC's employees and captains. Rivers End Outfitters, LLC cannot guarantee that you or your guest will not become infected with COVID-19. Lodging accommodations will be provided with a thorough cleaning to the best of our ability. Further, taking any lodging accommodations may increase your risk and your guest’s risk of contracting COVID-19. Fishing Charters will be provided with limited social distancing on the charter. Further, taking any charter trips will increase your risk and your guest’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By Agreeing to River’s End Outfitter LLC’s Terms and Conditions, I voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my guest or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my guest may experience or incur in connection with my fishing charter and/or lodging accommodations at Rivers End Outfitters, LLC. On my behalf, and on behalf of my guest, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Rivers End Outfitters, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Rivers End Outfitters, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in fishing charter and/or Lodging Accommodations. |
